My creative journey began with a solid foundation in classical art, which shaped my visual sensibility and continues to influence my approach to digital creation today.
After completing my early studies in traditional arts, I earned a degree in “New Forms of Art” from the European Institute of Design, where I embraced the intersection of contemporary expression and digital technologies.
I began my professional career at Effetti Digitali Italiani, a leading post-production studio in Milan, and later joined Cinesite UK, contributing to high-profile international film productions. Over time, I transitioned into freelancing, expanding my role from surface artist to taking care of the entire 3D asset pipeline — including concept, modeling, look development, and rendering.
As a Look Development Artist, I focus on crafting materials and surfaces that bring visual elements to life, with a full-spectrum, 360° approach that allows me to shape every aspect of a digital asset. This role is, for me, the true core of visual storytelling in CG.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work on notable titles such as Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, The Union and The Nevers, helping to create visual effects that elevate cinematic experiences.
Alongside my production work, I’m also passionate about education. I’ve taught workshops and full courses at IED Milan and at The Animation Workshop in Denmark and I continue to share insights and tutorials on tools like Maya and V-Ray to support the next generation of digital artists.
I’m always open to new collaborations, mentorship or simply connecting with fellow creatives!
